Seeking a leader to advance PROMISE, a unique approach to service delivery using effective practices. This is an opportunity to join a multi-faceted organization supporting children, adults, and families facing adversity. We need an exceptional leader to advance this initiative, working with senior leadership to design, build, and implement an array of interventions to promote positive change possible in the lives of the people we support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as champion and spokesperson for this high profile strategic agency initiative.
  • Articulate the vision, relevance, and impact of PROMISE to all levels of the organization (and communities served)
  • Develop components of the practice model in concert with subject matter experts
  • Adapt models to meet needs, select the best of the best, address gaps, and ensure fidelity to program design
  • Identify implementation challenges and determine solutions
  • Create PROMISE manual and handbook Build, Execute, and Implement
  • Identify and manage work groups tasked with specific actions, related deadlines and accountability
  • Ensure agency wide buy-in
  • Collaborate with the QI department to develop monitoring status and progress reports
  • Ensure appropriate training for staff and quality management measures for internal audit purposes Ensure continued prominence within the agency culture
  • Ensure sustainability by furthering and adapting the model to meet new ever-changing needs and challenges
  • Rollout PROMISE to full organization

Qualifications

  • BA Degree Required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience required
  • Project management certification a plus
  • Appreciation for the culture and realities of working within a mission focused, non-profit human services agency
  • Must have strong communication skills, a sense of humor, experience working with diverse populations, as well as be a self-motivated, independent thinker
