Overview

The Director of Financial Infrastructure and Billing will be responsible for the conversion to and maintenance of digital financial platforms and oversee the agency’s billing and billing-related activities. This person will also assist CFO in carrying out pre- and post-merger analysis and activities.

 

Responsibilities

Plan, design, build, implement, and maintain new centralized general ledger, billing, and budgeting digital platforms. This includes coordinating training for staff regarding each platform.Automate annual budget process in new financial reporting systemDevelop Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program to assess and mitigate key business risksOversee billing for services provided by Developmental Disabilities, Foster Care, Education, Article 31 Mental Health, and Managed Care programs, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition and collection practicesAssist CFO with due diligence for all Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities and carry out finance/operational projects assigned by CFO pre- and post-mergerDevelop new financial reporting packages and business processes through enhanced system conversionsDevelop executive dashboard reports with Key Performance IndicatorsPerform other financial projects as assigned by CFO QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications

B.S. in Accounting plus M.B.A. in Finance, C.P.A. a plus
