 Preparation and timely submission of Tuition billings for all L&W Schools.
 Preparation of CSE-Maintenance billings for the Residential Treatment Center Program.
 Coordination with Ames School for obtaining STAC approval for Evaluations Billing.
 Coordination with all School Districts for STAC update for all CSE residents.
 Coordination with School Districts for contract renewal.
 Preparation of Ames School Evaluation and UPK billings.
 Keep Track of Ames School Daycare Parents Fees.
 Review all schools monthly census and students attendance for accuracy.
 Keep track of students receiving one to one services and obtain their IEPs.
 Production of monthly education census summary.
 Update all billing and payment spreadsheets (Subsidiary Ledger).
 Preparation of monthly unpaid tuition claims report and pursue collection.
 Maintain Revenue for all SED funded programs.
 Prepare revenue variance analysis for all education programs.
 Assist in Cash Receipt preparation and general ledger posting.
 Process tuition Rate adjustment resubmission upon issuance of reconciled rates.
 Assist in finalizing school FTE for CFR reporting.
 Coordinate with all school staff and Power School system for updated information.
 Coordinate with Intake Department and LEWIS system for updated resident information.
 Keep accurate records of all attendance and billing information.
 Prepare adjustment journal entries.
 Assist in preparation of 611/619 IDEA Grants.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and standard mathematical functions. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in accounting or Business related field plus three to five years related experience. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and accounting software.


LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
