Works closely with Payroll Coordinator/Supervisor in Processing and transmitting the bi-weekly payrolls
Check and review Timecards, communicating issues to supervisor and management
Process all direct deposits submitted
Upload all employees’ accrual time from ADP Pay eXpert into eTIME
Upload employee changes from ADP Pay eXpert into eTIME
Audit and process all PAF’s reconciling to personnel change report in ADP
Ensures support for all changes on the personnel change report, reporting any variances to the Controller
Process Employee garnishments
Compiles, analyzes and distributes payroll metrics to leadership team
Resolves payroll issues, recommends and develops solutions for payroll defects and cycle time issues
Responsible for the timely uploading of the 403B / 401k employee deductions and company match into Voya after each payroll.
Reconciles 403B / 401K activity to the payroll register explaining any variances to the Controller
Analyzes payroll related transactions for proper GL accounting
Document Meta bank process while communicating all activity to Finance each payroll period
HSA Enrollment and Reconciliation.
Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation Audits.
Other tasks and special projects related to tax compliance, audits, general ledger reconciliation
Use ADP reporting tool to prepare reports for accounting and programs to use for analysis and audit
Produce quarterly 941 reconciliation for all payrolls
Develops customized cost reports for Finance and Program Leadership team
Be able to research questions from employees and or management about checks, reports, pay increases, retro pay and
garnishments providing excellent customer service

A.) in accounting, or business, from a four-year College or university; plus 3-5 years payroll experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ADP experiences a plus but not a necessity.Must have strong computer literacy with proficiency of Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word and outlookLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
