Devise and perfect system for output and outcome data collection across agency programs and departments. Work closely with program staff to make programs efficient and effective. 2. Analyze and report data to support program staff in development of interventions for improved outcomes. Devise methodology for periodical reporting to management, board, and external stakeholders.3. Support program staff and management, as well as other quality assurance department staff, in improving use and collection of data, and integration into decision-making, as well as in achieving goals. 4. Assist program leadership in creation of systems for data collection to support PROMISE implementation. Develop fidelity tools and protocols for practice models comprising PROMISE. 5. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop evaluation tools as needed or requested or for special projects.6. Master in Public Administration, Business, or Public Health preferred. Experience in research, statistics and/or data collection and analysis required. • Strong analytic written and oral communication skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy• Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SPSS and/or other
